The thing is you would be b*tching at the wrong guy if you complain to the trainer, hell, he didn;t want you to get a pay cut. Installers need to figure out how this really works, the cable company cut your rates, and everyone just knows to smile and take it or you're out of there.

I was in ATL when Comcast came through, and they cut rates 20% AND required employess AND company trucks, know how many people stood up and said something?
