You left yourself open with that question. A lot of guys are going to tell you to move on. This career sucks.
That is a decision you have to make yourself.
Has the pay decreased.....Yes.
Are you expected to know more....YES.
Now the real question: Do you like what you are doing, and can you provide for your family.
You make the choice.
I love what I do. A lot of the guys that b*t*h about how things are going have been doing so or years, and are still here. In the long run, it's the same as everything else; there's good, there's bad: you have to decide what you want. Do the pros outweigh the cons or not. Good luck in your choice, and your career.
