Psiber (Cable Tool) help!

Anyone have experience w/ the Psiber Cable Tool? Can You use it for hard-line testing or is it only for drop testing? I've looked at the settings for it & it doesn't list .750, .625 or .500 info, I've only found rg-6, rg-59 etc. Don't know if it can be customized to trouble-shoot hard-line problems. Any info is appreciated!-----CS-----
