Nice concept but it won't be that easy. I am sure there are lots of nice "Spanish" people out there - but are they legally in our country? The fence idea has been in the works for quite awhile - check out the weneedafence.com site - the ignorance is on the part of our government, who choose not to enforce immigration policies and want amnesty for the millions of illegals who are here. Now THAT is ignorance. Just my 2 cents. Have a great day.
