One of the primary problems I have seen with towers is the cost of the backhaul. I know many cell towers that have a difficult time bringing in enough traffic to pay for the T-1 or backhaul method via microwave, copper, coax, or fiber. You may have to pay a specified amount for AC or DC power and rack space. I believe some charges are dependent on the height of the antenna on the tower. You may want to seek a vendor for equipment spec's and information.
