Not enough to climb a ladder that's on a icy driveway onto a icy roof in the freezing cold.
McDonald's pays more then a HSP, and if you work for yourself you can charge anything you feel the costumer will pay.
I just did 2 service calls, and a dish upgrade and made $400 cash.
I never set foot on a ladder either, the great thing about being your own boss is you get to pick and chose what jobs you want to do, and you get all the money.
You don't need to freeze your ass off to make money in DTV, unless you feel like you need someone to give you jobs instead of getting them yourself.
I would assume there is less competition up here, and more work then down south, but the cost of living is very high and housing costs are remarkably high, stay down south were it is warm is my opinion.
