You are absolutely right, No one should ever do a free pole mount or wall fish, These are non standard installs and should be charged a fee. I used to charge 75.00 a pole mount and 50.00 a wall fish. If the customer wants to complain about it then let em complain. I don't do free work for multi-billion dollar companies!
