Quality cable is out of Pensacola Fl, It is owned by the Shahadis. They have been around along time, Dave use to run a construction crew then all of the sudden they turned into almost like a brokerage firm , you know, they gain these jobs then they go on the internet and try to find workers to get the job done. They do hold a maintence contract for a system in Pensacola with Fred running the program.
They pay ,but only what they have to to get people there, They are always looking for people, if that tells you anything...
