When we worked for them in Dallas, with Tom Pelky, checks were right on time as long as your paperwork was right (imagine that) and the people were great to work with. They held a good chunk for retainage and whipped us on a little of that in the end (the rest was paid in a timely manner) but i would work for Tom and them anytime.
