This company and three others that i know of are under control of a company called charter there company charter is never gonna get it right they don't train properly they have a guy named Axel that acts and runs his division like i have never seen before these company offer little to nothing to the installer
they want thee installer to cover all insurances pay the gas bill make a living and have no benefits at all. the installer . for those of you that say no unions take a real good look at charter and there subs A union would crush the money sucking cable company and give the installer training a good wage and a good reason to be proud to work as a cable installer these people piss me off . period
