Big Duck Has The Rigght Idea It May Not Be Soley The Equipment. Look For An Open Down The Line Or Water Damaged Cable Or Water In A Passive Or Active Down The Line. I've Had Both These Issues Cause Fluctuation And Ac Problems. The Baff Will On The Input Side Is A Great Place To Start. Happy Hunting
