Great job Opie, The standards are the same for each HSP the only thing that changes is the quality of the technicians. The HSP's are contracted to provide a phone connection to every receiver this was a standard from the PrimeStar days and continues to receive pressure. Different technologies of services to the home and the DirecTV activation center themselves have been a problem. How many times has a tech stated to the customer that the phone line is a requirement yet when they call DirecTV the representative states this is not the case. Many technicians have been left out in the cold from call center reps of DirecTV. O' by the way GO PANTHERS BABY!!!!!!! We will see you bears again this weekend.
