if a tech knows what he is doing the weathe risnt a problem just lightning its like if some one flashes a camera flash in your eyes same thing happens to the dish,the phone line ony get used to order pay per view,unless you have a dvr then it makes a call betwwen 2-4 am for update for guide,customers will always bounce back and forth for the better deal and the bottom line is we all need to make money weither it be cable or a dish
