very true opie,
i see alot of the complaints being ncns. or no pre calls, or just not calling in to change orders.there seems to be alot of job neglect down here bro.and non responder rates are going through the roof. although a bit of it is due to no phone service yet ,the fact remains that DTV stiil sees nonresponders even though they are told at activation there is no landline service.
