Ok, here's the situation. I worked for a company(satellite) about 1.5 years ago for about 3 weeks til i realized he wasn't paying. I immediately stopped working for him(I was a subcontractor).
I faxed over DAILY all the paperwork he required(customer contract, QC form, etc). The amount I am owed is small, perhaps about $1800.00.
The question I have is how do I go about getting my pay. The only contact I ever had from him was by phone. Never once did we meet face to face(a huge mistake). His # has since been changed. I never had a business address. All I have is a company name(which is not listed in phone book), and his name. That's it.
I know it seems like a hopeless situation, but maybe someone can shed some light on it for me?
By the way the guys name is Jason Lukins. The company name is Professional Satellite & Communications LLC. The work was performed in Grand Rapids, MI area during summer of '04.
