I know they flew into town last year (2005). Ever since TWC got rid of CTS they have had a hard time finding help. My neighbor who works as a CSR informs me they have about twenty contractors performing installs. Its the old low ball price and the bachcharge scheme. If you decide to work in Austin for TWC be careful. They f### the contractor, you know the rest.
