ServicePower Fulfillment Program Update



We are excited to announce that we have completed our final system tests and have launched the ServicePower Fulfillment Program! Our first retailers should be entering orders either today or at the start of next week, at which point we will contact the consumers to schedule installations. The process could take a couple of days depending on consumer availability, but we anticipate scheduling installations in the initial rollout states of Florida and Texas next week!



As the program rolls out, we strongly encourage you to provide as much feedback as possible on how it's working, things we're doing well, and things we could improve. We want this program to be a success for everyone, and we value your feedback!



Training Update

If you have not yet attended a training session, regular sessions are being held Monday through Friday, Jan. 9-13, at 2:30 p.m. EST. To join one of these 90-minute meetings, please visit our training site at https://servicepower.webex.com, click on the Meeting Center tab, then the Today tab, then click on FSS Servicer/Installer Training.



Please log in approximately five minutes before start time so you can complete the training registration process prior to joining the meeting.



If you have attended the training and have not yet updated your profile, please log in to http://fss.servicepower.com to update your profile as soon as possible.



We strongly encourage each installer to review all available training materials and update your profile as soon as possible. The faster we achieve coverage in your area through completed profile updates, the faster you'll be able to receive work!



If you need help setting up your profile, please call us toll-free at 866-509-2467 (9:00-6:00 EST, Monday-Friday) and we will work with you to answer any questions and update your information. For live, online support with your account, log in to your ServicePower account, click the Contact Us link, then choose the Live Help link (available between 10:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. EST, Monday-Friday).



Installer Support

For additional support following your WebEx training session:



1) If your access to the web is Dial-Up please e-mail (-REDACTED-) and request the "FSS Training CD" to receive the training on CD.

2) If your access to the web is via Broadband, use your ServicePower log-in at http://fss.servicepower.com; select "Claims" from the options across the top banner and then select "Literature." In the "Literature Type" field, select "FSS Training." You may then download the training file to your hard drive.
