Atx connected my mediacom services in the NE Pensacola (Milton) area. The cable tech had good things to say about them. He also said that he uses a "sniffer" on houses that smell bad. He says if a alert goes off, he has the right to leave and tell the customer that they must improve the air quality before a tech can be dispatched back out. I have never heard of a sniffer before, but I could have had a use for one before myself.
