Orius gone ?

I know that Orius has been working on limited time, but have they finally closed the doors? I got a packed from the Bankruptcy Courts yesterday for all the Orius companies (U.S. Cable, Channel, etc.) saying they had all filed chapter 11. It kind of puts a merciful end to good companies that were destroyed by big business. I had a lot of good years with the people at U.S. Cable and am sad to see it is finally gone. I know it ceased working as US years ago, this, I guess is the final nail in the coffin.
