Has anyone used or know of a company using PDA'S (PERSONAL DIGITAL ASSISTANT).I'm wondering if it makes it easier to do installs,service calls, using a pda. Where I work all the guys are wondering if it is worth it.The prime is going to start charging us daily for the use of the pda.The price is going to be around 250.00 a month.The prime is going to compensate this by a increase in the current pay scale.any information would be appreciated.
