Thank you littlebear. I have heard of that diet. Thats great that you were able to stick to it on the road and loose 35 pounds too! I know a couple of people I can tell about that one. I bet you feel so much better and look great too! Thank you for the response and diet tip, every bit of information I have got here is great, including your. Take care of yourself, and keep it up....but mostly...Thank you!
