I agree if you owe them money, pay on scheduled pay date which was agreed upon. Make sure you document all jobs completed, no show/no call, parts and materials, charge backs figure it all up on paper and issue with any monies owed on the 18th of Jan. Keep a copy of the paper work on file. That's as fair as it gets.
