Thats not what I said. My point is that you cant be on both sides of the contract. And its not the union that says this is illegal. Its the law. You risk being called a company union. Company unions are considered illegal. It was outlawed years ago, when companies used their money to form unions for their employees, thus they were bargaining wit themselves. Looki it up if you dont believe me.
Just do a search on company unions tell us what you find.
