If you you are in this business for the long run, you have to be optimistic. Last time I checked I thought I was agreeing with Qwester. My critisism was constuctive. I gladly accept constructive critsism. How else can one improve ones self. I'd like to think we are all profesionals in our chosen fields. My question to you would be if someone applied to you for a job and presented an application with similar mistakes would you take him seriously? You may think this is extreme. First impressions can sometimes make or break and individual. My first impression of Gwester, after reading his post, was that he was buzzed. I certainly hope that I am wrong, but again my critisism was for his benefit, not to throw a fly in the ointment. I wish a happy and safe new year to all.
