Unless it's an extremely long run, i don't charge by the foot, just by the jack and the number of speakers. If they want to bundle a coax and cat5e together, i take a little off the price. might look something like this:
Coax outlet - $60
Coax and Cat5e - $110
7.1 Surround Sound - $500 (includes setup of equip and 16awg monster cable)
Plasma Mount - $135->$200 depending on size + the price of the cables + the price of the mount. People are real happy with paying $150 for a 25' HDMI cable.
If they ever argue about the prices, just remind them that once the sheetrock is up, it's alot harder to hide the wires. Also, here in Jersey, not many companies install home theaters unless you buy all the equipment new from them.
