First, Direct Tv (Bruster) in in the Chattanooga Tennessee area grounds to the 4x4 switch (uses split bolts to ground the two dishes) Thats what I did on the Dish Network dp 34 switch on the superdish. On the Dish 500 I used ground block (DUH) In my opinion the sbca certification is a joke, you guys need to take a NEC state electrical test which to me was a joke too. although it was a joke it tought me more about grounding than any sbca.
