Re: Pole Climbing Schools??

I dont know of any pole climbing schools,the only ones I ever heard of were in house training schools,GTE comes to mind.I have heard of a linemans rodeo,some competition type thing,probably some info could be found here. Its my experience that it should come natural to get up the pole,you either got it or you aint.The only way to learn line work is on the job,it takes at least a year to train a lineman if he climbs every day.Only a few,very few make it.Good luck and Happy Holidays.
