encrypttsoda I also am a in hose tech who was also a contractor. I started in hose but left to try a new line of work and went the contractor route for a couple of years as a tech then as a suit. But I pefer the inhouse life better because of the perks I have unlimted ot in my company double time days among some of the perks I always say it is better to be inhouse because you always know you are getting a paycheck their are to many primes that do not pay so in my opion I say in-house
