You might be right but I would really check on that. To my knowledge the only thing a contract cannot have you do, is to perform something illegal. You giving up your right to work at a competitor is not illegal. Its screwy, but not illegal. And if you signed it I think you may be held to it. That clause does not stop you from employing yourself, just at a competitor. And if you are a contractor you are looked at as a business, not a worker, so be careful.
Can you guys do me a favor. Im not a cable dog. Can you please explain what exactly a MSO and a prime are. And explain kind of in detail what their realtionships usually are.
