I live in northern Westchester about 6 blocks from the Yorktown Heights office. And like somebody else mentioned "charge backs are for hacks". If the install is done to the letter and your not hiring tag tossers that leave ungrounded installs, or placing video traps on the splitters on the sides of the customers homes because they are too lazy to climb a ladder, or faking meter readings ( gee ya think they can't see the US, DS, SNR, when the modem is registered ? )
Cablevision around here is about getting the product out there so they are not looking for a work of art on every install, rather that you just do it right the 1st time and their TC's are few and far between coming from your company.

I'm not saying the MSO's are always stand-up, just that they have been hit with so many hit and run hack outfits that number 1 screw up their plant and their relationships with customers, and number 2 drive our prices into the dirt. It's no wonder they air on the side of caution.
