I was a employee, money wasn't that great, especially when I was driving 300+ miles days, evey couple of days to do BFE jobs.

To answer why I still bitch about the trade instead of moving on, I believe this industry can change for the better, and me giving my opinions on here might motivate enough people to make a change.
