Re: HSP's Taking To Much

Sumahit: By the time corporate came to discuss the cuts, everything was set in stone. It is a uncanny felling, akin to being on a ship that's sinking.

Here is an analogy for ya's:

If I am in a airplane incident and their are 20 survivors and 30 who didn't survive, after I have exhausted all other resources I would resort to canabalism to survive.

Thats how the union came about in my work life, the only bad thing was that the suits were still kicking so I couldn't consume them! LOL

So, all I am saying is don't kick a brother for being in a union or being pro union, and also we don't have to kick anyone just for being in upper management.

One thing a union head said that made sense to me was, "no company has ever had the union come in when it did't deserve it." In other words, if you are running a comany or a suit in a company, try to see to it that the tech's get treated fairly. After all, if you are in a "installation" business, then you shouldn't take the "installers" for granted.
