you yourself said what you want. you stated that you shouldn't have to help police it's not your job. oh, well if that ain't passing the buck what the hell is.
you admit there is a decline in installation quality yet do nothing other than press for union.you say that you want what is fair?
then look at the whole picture trey.you are only looking at one side as if this were the great cruesades.how can you sit by and blame the industry issues on just BAD MANAGMENT or GREEDY SUITS? and what will happen when there is substandard training provided yet again and maybe this union of yours is involved.
what will the issue be then?
more money needed fdor installers?
come on trey, if you want to be active then get all the way in the fight.
let me ask you this, how many people do you employ?
or have you employed?
try being an owner then ask yourself if you would feel the same way as you do now about these issues.
this goes alot deeper than just union anti union.
get with it.
