Ok, I know a lot of you have been in this situation before.
I worked for a company for a couple of months back in November of '04. Did the work, never got a dime out of them. Faxed them completed work orders every day, and a weekly log sheet at the end of the week also. I still have all the originals that me and customer signed at time of install. Of course I was doing work as a sub.
Problem is, can't find the guy. I have asked cablespy for help, maybe he can shed some light on how or where this guy has disappeared too.
In the meantime, if i do find him, what course of action would i take against this guy, or company??
