Jcarrey, you are right! I myself felt I had to get out of the field due to too much crap I felt like I could not deal with professionally so that is exactly what I did. I have never been happier! To all the others you have allowed this to happen so either do something about it or get out of the business. You can force yourself to make it in other ways like I have. I am still a part of this industry in other ways but now I do not have to take the crap from anyone! 16 years of good and bad but at some point enough was enough!
