Jim passed peacefully at 3:45 am 11/04/05.
It has been a while since receiving this news but I am not sure everyone that knew him, knows of his passing.
I knew Jim well enough to call him a friend, and though we did not keep in touch over the years I will still miss him.
To Cathy and the kids I wish you all the best and offer my condolences.
