The FCC received a complaint against Direct View and opened an investigation into the call center operation. The investigation was completed and the file was closed without any fines or penalties. Why? Because Direct View's standard operation involves signed contracts and fulfilling our contractual obligations. Did sea420dawg fulfill his contractual obligations or is he just another one of those malcontent bomb throwers who use the bar to complain without justification. Direct View continues to be a DirecTV elite dealer while many of our competitors have lost their contract or closed their businesses. Those who lack the skill sets cannot survive in the new environment.
