But seriously...WHY in the world do people think they need to slow down to 35 friggin mph when a cop pulls out...or better yet when he has his lights on with somebody pulled over ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE 4 LANE DIVIDED HIGHWAY?!?!?!? HE'S NOT GOING TO LEAVE THEM TO COME GET YOU FOR GOING A FEW MPH OVER THE @#$% SPEED LIMIT!!
