Wild Blue provisioning problems?

I live in NW Florida which is in the cheyenne gateway and was wondering if anyone else is having provisioning problems.Our internet dept provisions the modems and we go out and install,except for the last couple of days they havent been able to get it done .Wild Blue says it is a problem on our end and our guys say it is on wild blue's end.They also have it locked down to where the provisioning has to be done at the office so I cant try at home to see for myself.Thanks
