I have been subbing for a year for mellinium cable out of columbia, sc. I make great money, but lately have been running into some issues that i just cant let go.
The big question is, as a sub contractor, should I have a signed contract between the Contractor and myself? They have a contract with TWC. With this contract they have legal grounds to fight on. Me on the other hand, I have not a leg to stand on when I try to fight with my Contractor on issues about adding more work to (Piece work) for the same money.
Are there any subs out there who have a signed and defined contract with their Contractor? If so, could you help me out with an idea to get 1 implemented with my contractor.
I have a question, please enlighten me!!!!
