could that professional broadband be run by garret CONNOR's wife? if so, he was the vice pres at OCI when I went to orientation there, he did all the speaking for frank who sat in the back of the room and didn't say a word at all.
anyway, I had heard he went out on his own, but was just as bad about not paying as ole frank was.
