I have noticed that the even transponders on sat 119* are all 0. They are usually in upper 90's. It must be a D11 (Samsung) issue.
I remeber the last versions of the lil Samsung, I hate doing signal confirmations on that OSD. Those recievers have some serious remote control to IRD issues.
I am impressed however with the D11's quickness. No latency whatsoever.
