Santo Petrocelli, Sr., has served as Chairman and CEO of the Company and its predecessors since 1988. Mr. Petrocelli is the Chairman and CEO and a Director of Petrocelli Industries, Inc., Petrocelli Electric Co., Inc., a privately-owned company based in Long Island City, New York, which is engaged in
the business of electrical and telecommunications contracting. Mr. Petrocelli devotes less than a majority of his working time (approximately 30%) to the Company's business.

Santo Petrocelli, Jr., has served as a director of the Company since March 1998. Mr. Petrocelli also is President of Petrocelli Communications Company, a division of Petrocelli Electric Co., Inc., a position he has held since May 1998. From May 1992 to May 1998, Mr. Petrocelli was Executive Vice President of
Petrocelli Communications Company.

Spectracomm expertly and efficiently deploys network infrastructure and related hardware and software.
The company has consistently met challenging project timetables demanded by customers.
Spectracomm is accustomed to partnering with a variety of contractors and subcontractors -
including cabling installers, Petrocelli Communications.

Petrocelli Electric keeps the city that never sleeps wired. The electrical contractor installs and maintains much of New York City's electrical and telecommunications infrastructure. For example, NYC has 11,640 intersections with traffic signals -- in 2004 the city awarded Petrocelli Electric a $1.8 million contract to fit some of the signals with battery back-up systems designed to switch on automatically in the event of loss of direct power.

About 50% of the company's contracting work is commercial; roughly 30% is for the transportation market.
