I can tell you I am a state wide licensed electrical contractor in the state of louisiana. Louisiana is soon to implement anyone working in catv to have this license and of all license issued by the state this one has the highest failure rate, by far toughest test I ever took but I do know that in louisiana if you are rebuilding a town as long as you have someone with this license overseeing the job you can work anyone you want in bucket but that still makes it hard because most people want ever pass this bad boy I made a 71 and 70 was the lowest possible passing score
