Opie, sounds like you were caught in a very unfortunate situation. And if that union was giving you false info about a decision to strike they should be jailed. I will never say that every union, or every union member makes good and moral decisions. Hope I haven't come off as saying this. You see, I support the process, always. I support the people sometimes. The process that bring democracy in the workplace, and gives workers the right to have a real voice in the workplace, I support. Its kind of like how most people hate politicians who steal money from the people, but still believe in democracy and the American way. I know it may sound cheesy, but its true.
