Ptap you might not like this, but if we were actually involved in collective bargaining my wanting to see company financial info would not have been an offer. It would have been a request, that if denied, would put you at bad faith bargaining. So since you have denied my request I would be filing NLRB charges against you and company.
Remeber, I wasnt talking about contractor to contractor talks. I was talking about employee to company talks. So I guess I would see you in court and win. No one can be expected to be able to bargain a fair contract or ask people to walk out with out knowing all the facts, and the laws of the land recognize this fact.
