I work for a company that voted down a union for reasons that what are company gives us is more then the union could have gotten us but the main reason was the people that were going to run it for us were not the right people it would have hurt are shop. A union is not a bad thing it depends on what you are getting if it is nothing then you need a voice but you have to keep in mind you are a strong as your weakiest link. if to many links a weak the the chain falls part.
