I was charged back$60 dollars for a disconnect that I did not even have.It was a office error,but get this,It was three weeks ago and all they say is we are working on it.Now I have been in the cable business a long time and this is a bunch of crap.I might have to go on the road again,right after I explode and demand my $60 dollars.
