Try this number Glen 626-253-0306. I don't know if he can help you, but he's all that's left in the west. Maybe he could direct you to someone who can. I used to work for them and generally they are pretty good about paying. They shut down that region so I'm assuming you got lost in the shuffle. Everyone I know that could help you is gone too.
