3-Comm & Utilicom same company, so much the same that 3-Comm web site is the same one used for Utilicom except of course the phone numbers have changed. Let me see if you go through all the posts on this site you should find hundreds of postings for ADT, Utilicom, 3-Comm, and of course the name Tate, my advise to any one that wants to work for them DON'T. Tony & Rick Tate still looking for my retainage check, but after waiting a year to get my check that was supposed to be net-21 days, I guess if we use those pay terms I only have about 11 more years to go before I get my retainage. any questions feel free to post or PM me.
